Personal History Jacob was born in Everton East and raised there. His mother was addicted to cocaine while his father couldn’t hold on to a job for a week. Jacob lived with his mum, sally until social services removed him from the home at age 3 when he walked out of their flat when Sally took too much cocaine, which rendered her unconscious.

Jacob lived in a lawless group foster home until he was 18. Through living in a foster home, he met Dylan when Jacob was 6 and Dylan, 3. They shared the same birth father. Dylan’s mother was arrested for neglecting her child. Jacob looked out for Dylan, kept him safe.

They both stuck together, but Dylan was adopted at 6, and Jacob got stuck in the foster system. During his teenage years, because of the lack of order and discipline in the home, he had run-ins with the law for petty vandalism and fighting, but he straightened up in the end.

Jacob never thought of becoming a full-time Nanny; he was eying up teaching, maybe the air force, but he heard about Norland College, and he wanted to make sure every child without a parent could be loved.

The college was majority female, they first accepted male students in 1999, and Jacob is part of the minority that you can count on one hand that graduate from Norland. He was a straight-A student who always studied hard, but he always beat himself up about the quality of his work and kept pushing himself.

After 3 years of studying, he graduated and was ready for the real world. He applied to work in London (mainly because of the money), but he wanted a big family, something to keep himself busy 24/7. He was accepted by the Grey Family. Jacob lived with them and their 3 daughters at the ages of 2, 4, and 6 when he started in ‘07, and 2 newborn male twins. The hardest was adjusting to another lifestyle, living in the same room as the twins who woke him up daily, either by crying or worry. When the Probationary period came to an end, they offered him the role full-time. He was strongly considering taking them up on it, but turned them down. The parents were meddlers, always looming over him, always going through his personal effects when he wasn’t home, and correcting his folding.

He moved on to the Gosset family, the mother was a minor royal with a title, and the father a socialite who married into the title; they were a power couple, she a CEO of a drug company, and he, the company's HR Director. They had newborn triplet boys and were never around. Jacob raised them from 0 to 3, teaching them to walk and talk while taking the last weekend of every month off. Life was pretty great for Jacob, but he realized he was lonely; he had no friends, no love life either.

At the age of 23, he started a life, he went to the gym, worked out while making friends at the gym, and was quite happy. He loved his job, but he never told them he was a Nanny, embarrassed by it, but they never pushed the question. Jacob was quite happy and felt refreshed going back to work.

The Gosset family went to Owls Head in Maine, USA for a family vacation in 2010 to visit family, it was a lie, the parents were on business, really, while Jacob looked after the Gosset triplets… But the world came to an end while they were there.
